Snowy Mountain Stays and or the property owner takes no responsibility for delays in the repair that are outside its control.Guests at the property as an invitee of the property owner must be aware that they are not permitted to conduct any business activity whilst occupying the property. Guests breaching what is known as clause 20(a) which states.“The Sublessee and the Sublessee’s invitees must only use the Premises for holiday accommodation. The only exception to the above is that the Sublessee and the Sublessee’s Invitees may use the Premises for conducting activities involved in the business of licensing members of the public to occupy the Premises on payment of reasonable license fees.
